Blamanje — Everyday Breakfasts

People in Tbilisi still don't love getting up early. Even though breakfast is served here from 8am and throughout the whole day, at 9:30 on a Sunday I was the only one in the place. It's a pleasant spot, located inside a food court building. The coffee shop's concept is clear from the name — inside, everything is just as light and European-minimalist as the French dessert blancmange. White tables are compactly arranged across the whole floor, many of them by tall windows with a view of the city. In the center is a bar counter, where coffee is served in a signature style. 

What did I try? 
• Rice porridge with coconut milk, banana, kiwi, and cashews, 12₾. Not bad, but nothing to get excited about. 
• Waffles with fresh berries and ice cream, 22₾. Not much filling, and it was odd that the berries were cold and seemed to have been prepped in advance.
• Americano, 6₾. Simple, no risks. Though it wasn't the best either. 

They didn't ask about the order of serving, and brought everything at once after 10 minutes. Far from the most comfortable furniture. Purely on the basis that the city is categorically bad at breakfast overall, I'll keep this place in our restaurant guide.
