A simple yet stylish interior, as if a VSCO filter had been applied: milky-white walls with huge abstract paintings pair with details in scarlet and "sea blue," warm dim lighting, wooden tables. The crowd is pleasant. Honoré is a good example of a place where quality matches the price. The menu is a mix of European and Georgian cuisine, specifically Kakhetian.

HONORÉ Is a Decent Choice for Dinner in Tbilisi

Excerpts from the menu:

• Chicken liver with plum sauce, 22₾. To me it seemed slightly overcooked or deep-fried, but it's tasty with the sauce.
• Salad — cucumbers, tomatoes, 15₾. High-quality produce, chunky cut.
• Classic Georgian barbecue, 19₾. The pork is cooked perfectly, no complaints there. Get it, you won't regret it!
• Fried "tatoes," 16₾ — there's no other way to put it. Greasy grease with onion. Ask for sour cream and it'll be decent. But mom made it better❤️

Don't expect gastronomic art or even a hint of white tablecloths. Imagine you've come to the dacha and grandma has made you dinner, and then, once you settle into the atmosphere a bit, relax and enjoy. They took the order fast, but it took forever to arrive — the first dish took a good 40 minutes, if not longer, to hit the table. The table wasn't cleared at all, not once. I rarely recommend places like this, but this one, definitely — even if the service limps along.
