The cocktail menu uses jazz references in its names, from classics to signature mixes, with non-alcoholic versions available. The wine list includes champagne, rosé and a selection of European regions, from Burgundy to Piedmont. Jass Lounge serves fusion cuisine: steaks, tacos and sandwiches. Beef filet mignon is grilled, and lobster tacos are served separately. Starters include sturgeon caviar and cheese and fruit platters.
