The hotel houses several restaurants and bars. Park Hyatt Dubai includes Japanese NOÉPE, Thai restaurant The Thai Kitchen and Italian Boardwalk. NOÉPE serves sashimi, nigiri and rolls, with meat and seafood cooked on the robata. The Thai Kitchen prepares Thai soups and spicy salads.
