The coffee project roasts its own beans on a laboratory roaster and constantly changes its flavour profiles. The menu includes classics, Turkish coffee and unusual black coffees: Chemex, Smoky Cherry and Australian lungo. Tasting sets introduce bean varieties, processing and fermentation. At Temp, guests can build their own breakfast or choose a dish from the café’s chef. Our restaurant guide team recommends the Chemex and Smoky Cherry.
