A project that brings together genuine coffee enthusiasts. The team not only brews coffee but roasts it themselves on a lab-grade roaster from the Dutch company Giesen, constantly experimenting with flavors.

The baristas are always happy to explain the details, help you tell beans from different countries apart, and walk you through how post-harvest processing, fermentation and roasting style shape the flavor.

The coffee menu covers the genre's classics, dessert coffee, Turkish coffee, and unusual black-coffee options: Chemex, smoky cherry, an Australian lungo. At Temp, you can build your own ideal breakfast or choose from the coffee shop chef's dishes: green buckwheat with spinach and bacon, carbonara-style; a huge Benedict with salmon and avocado on a tartine; pancakes with bacon, cream cheese and hollandaise.
