The kitchen is led by chef Dmitry Stepanov, who has worked in restaurants covering Russian, French, German and Italian cuisine.
TT Bistro combines two formats at once — a French bistro and a wine shop.
On TT Bistro's menu, the chef gathered French dishes, many of which have become his signature. The wine list is led by head sommelier Alexandra Zhdanova, who curated labels from small producers around the world.
The interior carries French motifs too. The centerpiece is a set of antique French stoves and vintage tools from the chef's personal collection, along with items with history, given a second life.
