Tizer

You can come here not just for the food and drinks, but for the cultural events too — film screenings, music nights and theater performances all happen here. The kitchen is led by chef Alexey Berzin (Cook'kareku, Geraldine).

Tizer is a bar-restaurant in the historic center of Nizhny Novgorod, inspired by alchemy, the Middle Ages and hedonism.

The menu features original dishes leaning European: chicken-liver pâté with pear confiture and apricot cream, Roman-style pizza, a Caesar with egg bottarga and parmesan fuetin, sweetbreads with pommes mousseline and pickled cucumber. The herb-based bar menu was developed by bar chef Nikita Prots, offering both original drinks and twists on the familiar classics.
