Ceylon

Ceylon is a project by Sergey Ukhanov and Denis Borisov.

The menu features dishes inspired by the culinary culture of Sri Lanka, given an original reading by brand chef Anton Kuznetsov and chef Maxim Frolov.

The restaurant's concept centers on healthy, vibrant food.

Special attention goes to the curry section, with a wide selection ranging from a spicy Lankan version with braised lamb to a creamy chicken masala curry. Ceylon's interior recreates the atmosphere of Sri Lanka too: contrasting minimalism, understated furniture, walls with peeling plaster, strict rectangular chandeliers and colored-glass mosaics, while planters with trailing ivy and vines create the sense of being on a green island.
