A place for anyone who can't imagine starting the day without a good breakfast. The project came out of a collaboration between two Nizhny Novgorod restaurateurs — Sergey Ukhanov of Salut&Co and Maxim Mersiyanov of Berezka Group.
An unusual concept, serving some of the best breakfasts in the city all day long, brewing coffee and offering signature buns.
The restaurant's brand chef, Taras Kulibaba (TOTO), developed the menu, trained the team, and continues to oversee the quality of execution.
Despite the name, this isn't just for breakfast — it's just as fitting for lunch or dinner. The menu features starters and salads, soups and hot dishes, all of which can be paired with something from the wine list.
