Negroni Bar

Negroni Bar is a place for genuine wine connoisseurs. This intimate restaurant sits on Gruzinskaya, and its wine cellar, under vaulted stone ceilings, holds a collection of more than 350 wines from around the world, from traditional Burgundy to rare regions and varieties.

The kitchen is led by chef Dmitry Danilov, who is constantly experimenting to create new flavors and combinations.

Head sommelier Vyacheslav Uvarov handles the wine list.

The menu features original cuisine with an Italian approach to quality, aesthetics and flavor. Breakfast includes an omelet with crab and avocado, cheesecakes with strawberry, fried banana and caramel; to go with wine, marbled beef tartare with pommes paille and Dijon sauce, roasted peppers with tonnato sauce and chili oil, and salmon pâté with orange mostarda.
