A seafood restaurant by Maxim Mirsiyanov and Berezka Group, named best in the Central region by the WhereToEat 2023 award.

The dishes are rounded out by a wine list from sommelier Vyacheslav Uvarov and unusual cocktail options.

Chef Dmitry Danilov leads the kitchen; the menu features wild-caught fish and seafood from northern seas and the Far East: crab tartare with avocado and tobiko, forshmak from Caspian herring with pike roe and Borodinsky bread, seared tuna with daikon, Asian sauce and lime.

The interior carries a nautical theme too: white paired with shades of blue, light-wood furniture, fishing-net decor overhead, and shell-shaped sinks in the restroom.
