The cuisine is Japanese, a modern take on classic recipes. Origami Sushi's menu features light starters, traditional soups, sushi and rolls. Some dishes are cooked on the robata, a Japanese charcoal grill: that's where they grill wagyu, chicken wings and fish with ponzu sauce. A separate section covers sashimi and nigiri with black truffle and Kaluga caviar. There are large plates too: braised beef short ribs, a wagyu sando sandwich.
