The Fine Chef's gastronomic festival returns to Kazan for the third time. From July 30 to August 28, the city becomes a venue for five dinners, each bringing together teams of well-known chefs. The organizer is Fine Group, with delivery service Ultima Yandex Food once again serving as partner, having worked with leading venues, including festival participants, for several years now.

The festival opens on July 30 at restaurant "Chirem," located in the courtyard of the Kazan Kremlin's Governor's House complex. A joint dinner with restaurant "Zakroma" from Yaroslavl will take place on the summer terrace. Artem Laptev and Pavel Trifonov prepare six courses for two, exploring regional traditions. On the menu: vendace, pike-perch from Breytovo, and a sweet dessert with rhubarb and baked milk. Both teams tell the story of local ingredients, reinterpreting them through modern gastronomic technique.

On August 8, the dinner moves to the rooftop of restaurant Lulua. Chefs from three restaurants — Régis Trigel (Lila), Ivan Panov (Lila Arabic), and Mansur Khalimov (Lulua) — join forces for a single event. Each brings their own approach: French technique, a Middle Eastern flavor palette, and local Kazan accents. All of it unfolds against the backdrop of a terrace reminiscent of a panoramic restaurant on the coast.

A Mediterranean theme plays out on August 14 in Kirov Park, home to restaurant Gina. Oleg Kolisnichenko and Artem Laptev take part in this dinner. Kolisnichenko represents PINCI, an Italy-inspired project from Nizhny Novgorod. He and Laptev read the same gastronomic theme differently: aromas of Mediterranean herbs, pasta textures, sauces with history, and a cozy evening mood promise the atmosphere of a southern feast.

On August 21, Alexander Bogdanov takes the festival stage — brand chef of Café Claret and one of St. Petersburg's most notable gastro-enthusiasts. His dinner will take place at the intimate Anna Bistrot. What's more, the dishes he prepares for the dinner will stay on the menu for a week, so the venue's guests can try them later too. Bogdanov is known as a participant in gastro-shows and an organizer of large-scale open-air culinary events.

The festival's finale takes place at restaurant Zuka on August 28. It will be a vibrant fusion-genre evening: Alexey Alekseev and Dmitry Stoch combine Italian and Japanese cuisine in itameshi style. The project, born in St. Petersburg, brings to Kazan unexpected combinations, surprising accents, and visually rich dishes. The final dinner closes the gastronomic chain on a high note.

Fine Chef's 2025 continues the tradition of inviting not just chefs with big names, but those working at the intersection of cultures, local products, and new techniques. Behind every dinner is more than a gastronomic collaboration — it's a whole story told through flavor, texture, and seasonality.
