Syrovarnya Kazan restaurant menu and prices

The restaurant in Kazan has its own creamery, and the menu is built around cheese. Syrovarnya combines a European base with Tatar dishes in a separate section. In the kitchen they shape pizza and focaccia, roll out pasta, and cook borscht and okroshka. Among the starters are bruschetta with stracciatella and tuna tartare. During chanterelle season they cook pasta and gnocchi with mushrooms. Breakfast is served in the mornings.
