The menu is built on Russian and European cuisine with an emphasis on farm produce. Red Wall cooks ukha over an open fire, fillet mignon with mushroom caviar, and a pie with farm duck. A large selection of pâtés and rillettes goes home with guests from the Red Wall Market section. There is handmade pasta and ravioli with crab and shrimp. The wine list is topped up with bottles from the restaurant's own winery in Tuscany. On weekends, breakfast is served with grain toast and buckwheat porridge.
