The café at Stamba Hotel. Owned by Adjara Group (The Kitchen, Lolita, Fabrika), it houses guests in rooms with terraces overlooking easygoing Tbilisi.
Cafe Stamba's visitors aren't only hotel guests — anyone is welcome to drop by.
Rooms start from $300 a night. AG's owner Temur Ugulava, a visionary and trendsetter, paid special attention to the space for morning culinary rituals: Cafe Stamba's interior recalls a French bistro, though not a classic one — a modernized version with loft-style elements.
Service is prompt, with a good level of English. It's a nice touch that the waitstaff clear the table and confirm timing for the dishes.
