The success of Shio Ramen at "Fabrika," a multifunctional culture center, inspired Adjara Group to open a new restaurant with excellent ramen in the heart of Cafe Stamba.

The menu is built around Asian dishes, with house-made noodles and the signature broth in especially high demand.

The cooks work in front of guests — the kitchen is open, so you can watch the cooking process from your table. The interior fits into Stamba's overall concept: red sofas, metal details, and cozy tables.
