The menu features pan-Asian cuisine built around noodles and signature broths. The cooks work in full view of guests: the kitchen is open, and you can watch the process from any table. Stamba Asia has plenty of starters — edamame, kimchi, chicken karaage. Woks are made with rice and noodles, with dim sum and bao buns served separately.
