On March 8, Loona Dubai opened its doors to all guests in its new form, while keeping its culinary style and character: Italian cuisine in a modern take by the trio Pinsky, Istomin, and Losev. To mark the opening — throughout the whole month — a special menu from "A-Club" is running. It includes an alcoholic and a virgin Negroni, as well as a signature dessert decorated with the business community's symbol — a black duckling.

Fresh homemade pasta, oven-baked pizza, the daily catch, and signature touches that reveal the DNA of Italian cuisine remain at the heart of the main menu. Dubai's "Luna" still uses 24-month-aged Parmigiano Reggiano, several types and grinds of Caputo flour, organic eggs, cold-pressed Lorenzo olive oil, and Sicilian olives. Attention is paid to different aspects of the chefs' culinary journey across Italy: from crab polpetta with panzanella to creamy risotto with eel, almond tortellini, and tiramisu with mango (the fruit replaced the poppy seed banned in Dubai, which had made tiramisu a hit at Moscow's "Luna").

The interior of the project, designed by Evgenia Uzhegova, is dominated by natural materials — stone, wood, marble. The architecture of the space is unified by a seamless connection between inside and outside, guest and host, openness and privacy.
