In Krasnaya Polyana, the bar builds the evening around its cocktail menu — classic and signature cocktails. At Rekki Collection, they pour Local Gimlet, Paloma Twist and Sagan Dayla Negroni. The kitchen is pan-Asian, with elements of European classics. On the grill, they cook striploin under miso paste and Japanese salt. A separate section covers sushi, sashimi and rolls with king crab.
