In Krasnaya Polyana, this bar builds the evening around classic and signature cocktails. Rekki Collection pours Local Gimlet, Paloma Twist and Sagan Dayla Negroni. The food is pan-Asian with European classics. Striploin is grilled with miso paste and Japanese salt. A separate section features sushi, sashimi and rolls with Kamchatka king crab.
