A Celebration from Chef's

 A unique project, created as "Kofemania's" gastronomic studio, where creative chef Alexey Petrichenko presents recipes for new dishes, is celebrating its first birthday.

From early morning and throughout brunch, when "Kofemania Chef's" has its new daytime menu running, guests will be greeted with sparkling wine and treated to cake. And from 17:00, chef Alexey Petrichenko invites everyone to try the signature "Wellington," which will be made record-large in honor of the birthday so everyone can have a taste. Salmon baked in pastry, seasoned with yuzu juice, Kampot pepper, and thyme, is a signature take on the classic recipe and one of "Kofemania Chef's" calling cards, where a drive for the new alongside a commitment to tradition demonstrate the modern handwriting of Moscow cuisine — eclectic, creative, and memorable.
