Chinese New Year is a loud, colorful celebration that brings families and friends together at the table. This year, from January 29 to February 16, you can feel the atmosphere of a real celebration at dumpling bar WU SHU on Trubnaya. The venue transforms into a space full of traditional family bustle, cheerful conversation, and distinctive New Year symbolism. The centerpiece of the decor is a huge leopard-print snake floating overhead, creating the effect of a dragon dance.

The main focus is on the festive feast. For the occasion, the WU SHU team has put together a large "Li set" priced at 4500₽, meant for a group of friends or family. Dishes are served on a rotating tray, making it easy to share the food the way traditional Chinese households do. The set includes Peking duck with pancakes and vegetables, colorful dim sum with various fillings, fried ludan egg for good fortune, and beef with tofu tybu. The meal wraps up with a popular dessert — fried milk with raspberry sauce.

Special drinks have also joined the bar menu. Take the "Duck in the Pool" cocktail (690₽), made on bourbon infused with duck fat and blackcurrant, garnished with a gummy duckling. Another interesting option is "Leeeekh in Collins" (690₽), a twist on the classic Collins with gin and green tea. For those who want to try traditional Chinese liquor, there's a set of three types of baijiu (1100₽), served on a gold tray. The non-alcoholic option is a "plombir" lemonade (420₽) with white chocolate and green tea.

There are gifts too, of course. Every guest who orders the "Li set" is offered a hongbao — a red envelope with money, a symbol of luck in Chinese culture. Inside, instead of yuan, you'll find WuShu-ani — banknotes featuring the tiger mascot, in denominations of 500, 1000, 1500, or 3000₽. The guest chooses the envelope, but the amount printed on the note comes down to luck alone.
