Restaurant "Uzbekistan" opens the summer season with a renovated veranda and light seasonal dishes from chef Pavel Panteta. Here you can spend a quiet lunch in the shade of trees or an evening with music and lights, enjoying the atmosphere of an inner courtyard decorated with trees, fountains, and colorful lanterns. The Eastern style shows in the details: fragrant Arabic coffee with cardamom, sunset music, and belly dancing create a unique impression for guests.

The summer menu features salads and cold dishes ideally suited to hot weather. Among the salads, standouts include watermelon with feta, duck with grapefruit, seafood, and baked beet. Fans of traditional cuisine are offered a cold beet soup and "Chalop" with lamb and vegetables. Among the first courses, special attention goes to a porcini mushroom soup with homemade noodles.
The hot dishes are built on seasonal ingredients and include cabbage rolls made from young cabbage with vegetables and lentils, sea bass baked in foil with zucchini, and shrimp in Sichuan sauce. A special place goes to dishes with wild chanterelles: kutabs, dumplings, salads with asparagus and soy sprouts, and a home-style stir-fry.

The meal can be finished with desserts, including a "Kataifi" cheesecake and a refreshing "Pink Lemonade" cake. For a harmonious pairing with the dishes, a selection of summer wines is offered: refreshing Rieslings and rosés, along with expressive whites and light reds.
The inner courtyard of restaurant "Uzbekistan" turns any visit into a small journey. The quiet of the trees, the murmur of the fountains, and the flickering lanterns create the feeling of an oasis in the center of Moscow. Every detail, from the table setting to the music, shapes a unique summer experience worth returning to again and again.
