In early February 2025, a new Pizza 22 cm pizzeria opened in Moscow. This is no longer just a spot for cult Neapolitan pizza — it's a full-fledged culinary space with a bar. Andrey Petukhov and Eldar Kabirov, the project's founders, decided for the first time to round out their concept with signature drinks. Nikolay Zinchenko — a man with an impressive track record in the world of mixology — runs the bar. He's created a line of mocktails for the venue that pair harmoniously with the pizza. Alcohol — cocktails and wine — will join the menu soon, rounding out the restaurant's concept.

Chef Ildar Bedretdinov developed the pizza menu. It has more than 15 kinds of Neapolitan pizza, cooked in a wood-fired oven to AVPN standards. There's proven classics — "Margherita," "Pepperoni," "Diavola," and others — as well as interesting signature variations, like "Salami with Fig Mostarda" or "'Nduja, Spianata, and Mascarpone." A "chef's" pizza and a special Famosa pizza appear on the menu every month — recipes dreamed up by invited influencers.

The venue's interior is a mix of modernity and respect for the historic space. Designers from ULA studio left the brick vaults unfinished, keeping the feel of an old European cellar. The interior's centerpiece is a wooden platform resembling shipping crates for Italian goods. It holds sofas, storage spots, and built-in planters with greenery. The interior uses details brought in from Europe, including the iconic Artemide light fixtures. Blue, red, and green accents tie it to the other locations in the chain.
