In August, restaurant LEO presented guests with an updated cocktail list, created by brand bartender Oleg Kashin. The new offerings are built on current bar trends, expressive combinations, and the use of natural ingredients. The menu includes both alcoholic and non-alcoholic items, letting every guest find a drink to their taste. Special attention goes to those who lead a healthy lifestyle and choose mixes without spirits.

Among the non-alcoholic newcomers, two lemonades stand out — a floral one with linden and elderflower, and a fresh basil one with a light calamansi tartness. The mocktail lineup opens with Classic Spritz, an interpretation of the well-known aperitif cocktail, with its frozen variation, Aperol Frozen, available in both non-alcoholic and alcoholic versions. Fans of delicate tones are offered Lavender Spritz on non-alcoholic sparkling wine with lavender cordial and grapefruit, while the Honey Basil drink, on non-alcoholic gin with aloe honey, delivers a deep flavor.

The alcoholic side of the menu keeps its attention on summer aromas and freshness. Berry and herbal notes appear in the Chamberyzette Daiquiri, on rum and strawberry vermouth, while Lumara, with banana cordial, creates a soft, enveloping impression. For those who prefer tropical tones, there's the Golden Star sour, made from two kinds of tequila and passion fruit.

The updated list fits harmoniously with the atmosphere of the restaurant's spacious green veranda. It's a place to spend an evening in conversation and unhurried tasting, savoring the last days of summer. The new cocktail selection helps hold on to the taste of the season and gives guests vivid memories of warm August evenings.
