Radio Greenhouse on Baumanskaya rang in the New Year with updates: chef Nikita Gorshkov unveiled eight new items at once, aiming for deep, rich flavors.

You can start getting to know the new dishes with breakfast, served daily at Radio until 16:00. Alongside the beloved shakshuka, the morning menu now also features Turkish eggs with tzatziki, cilantro pesto, and warm Arabic pita.

The main menu got updates too. As starters, the chef offers venison tataki with dried beet in a lightly smoked sauce, or a warm salad built on a harmony of textures: soft roasted pumpkin, a crisp salad mix, and delicate goat cheese.

For those who can't imagine lunch without soup, there's a rich tomato soup with stracciatella, or a spicy laksa with chicken, chicken broth, coconut milk, and Asian spices.

For the hot course: juicy pork ribs in oyster sauce with a salad of soybean sprouts, ripe tomatoes, and herbs, or shrimp ravioli in a coconut-milk bisque.

And for dessert, Nikita offers his mother's favorite treat — "ptichye moloko" ("bird's milk"). It's a traditional cake with an almond sponge base, airy soufflé, and a milk-chocolate glaze — memories of warm winter evenings with family over a cup of fragrant tea.

These new dishes are a great reason to visit the greenhouse restaurant Radio Greenhouse this winter — for a long-awaited dinner with loved ones or a cozy late breakfast.
