On August 14 at 8 p.m., restaurant Padron becomes the venue for a unique gastronomic encounter. That evening, two experienced chefs and longtime friends meet at one kitchen — Padron's concept chef Adrián Ketglas and "Ryby Net" brand chef Kamel Benmamar. Spaniard Ketglas, known for his signature approach and attention to detail, returns to Moscow not just to work alongside the team but to mark the restaurant's successes and discuss plans for the future. Kamel Benmamar, originally from France, is known as a meat expert and the concept author behind several well-known Moscow projects.

Kamel Benmamar has run the kitchen of the "Farsh" chain since its founding, serves as brand chef of "Ryby Net," and has also taken part in developing menus for restaurants "Vanil," Bolshoi by Novikov, and Il Solo. In August, he's gearing up to open his own smash-burger chain, Kamel Burgers, the first location of which launches this very month. The upcoming dinner at Padron will be his and Adrián's first experience creating a menu together in a "four hands" format.

Guests can expect an eight-course program, including starters, a main course, a pre-dessert, and dessert. The division of duties between the chefs is already set: Kamel handles the meat portion, while Adrián takes on everything else. Every dish will be considered down to the smallest detail and filled with authentic flavors. For the perfect pairing, the restaurant's head sommelier Artyom Samoylov will select a wine pairing that highlights the character of each course and turns the dinner into a cohesive gastronomic event.
