The cuisine is Japanese, and the whole idea of the menu is omakase. Guests at Jun are offered two formats: a chef's set at the sushi bar or an à la carte order. The kitchen is run by brand chef Artemy Lopatin, who gained experience in Tokyo, London and New York. The otsumami section features miso soup, edamame and sashimi.
