Italian cuisine centres on classic recipes and homemade pasta. Pasta Basta has focused on pasta and pizza for many years. Meze and starters include chickpea hummus, vitello tonnato and octopus with rocket and tomatoes. There is a wide selection of homemade pasta, including truffle ravioli and linguine with Kamchatka king crab. Pizzas include classics and a pear and gorgonzola version.
