Chef Dmitry Danilov leads the kitchen. The menu offers fish from northern seas with Asian accents. Sushi and rolls sit alongside tartares: crab with avocado and tobiko, tuna with cream cheese and seaweed. There are platters with oysters, prawns and various roes. Hot choices at Kusto include rapa whelk Stroganoff and grilled octopus, while soups include Volga ukha with pike perch.
