The kitchen centres on open-fire cooking: pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven, and meat is cooked in a Josper and smoker. Gorynych combines Tatar dishes with a steakhouse menu. Bread is baked using monastery sourdough starter, and steaks are aged in-house. Ribs and tongues are prepared in the smoker. There is pasta, risotto, soups and salads.
