The kitchen here is European with an Alpine spirit, focused on local farm-sourced ingredients and cheeses. Chef Vadim Gorbanev runs the kitchen at Co-Co Chalet. The menu includes classic and truffle fondue, and raclette with bresaola and baked potatoes. Among the hot dishes are black cod with mashed potatoes and duck leg confit with truffle purée. Breakfast is served in the mornings. Our restaurant guide recommends trying the truffle fondue and the ravioli with spinach and farmhouse ricotta.
