Restaurateur Alexander Pavlov's first solo project opened in Krasnaya Polyana in autumn 2022. Co-Co Chalet is a restaurant with the mood and style of a European ski resort: a stylish interior full of dark wood and rough textures, carefully considered details, a fireplace at the center of the room, and large windows overlooking the Caucasus mountains.
The kitchen is led by chef Vadim Gorbanev, who trained at the French restaurant Le Jardin des Sens (two Michelin stars).
An ideal spot for fans of mountain romance and après-ski.
The menu draws inspiration from alpine mountain food, with the main focus on dishes made from local farm ingredients. At the heart of the alpine kitchen are cheeses, personally selected by the chef after visiting 7 local cheese dairies. The bar menu, developed by Ali Dayuba, likewise focuses on local ingredients.
