Rovesniki

Inside are vintage armchairs, wooden tables, dimly lit lamps and minimalist details that create a sense of warmth and nostalgia, with retro-style rugs on the walls. Every corner of the space is designed to make guests feel at home. It's a place to simply relax or work in dedicated zones, where every table has outlets.

Rovesniki is an atmospheric café in Krasnaya Polyana, where retro style pairs harmoniously with contemporary cuisine and original dishes.

The menu features European and Russian dishes in a contemporary interpretation, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal, local ingredients. Chef Olga Glushkova experiments with classic recipes, offering interesting flavor combinations and nonstandard plating. On the menu: salmon steak, duck confit, nam khao, shrimp dumplings, sandwiches. Breakfast is served every day until noon: porridge, omelets, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, cherry vareniki, fritters and pancakes. To drink, there's coffee, cocoa, tea, warm Barberry milk, and a pomegranate sour.
