Mom’s cafe

Inside is a contemporary design in a Scandinavian-minimalist style. The interior is dominated by light tones, natural wood and soft fabrics. Small tables with soft armchairs are set around the room, with sofas and decorative cushions along the wall. The panoramic windows offer views of the mountains and the Krasnaya Polyana valley.

Mom's Cafe is an atmospheric spot set among the mountains of Krasnaya Polyana.

The menu features original dishes. Among the appetizers are zucchini fritters with avocado and cucumber tartare, vegetable caviar with falafel, baked beet with mozzarella and raspberry balsamic, roast beef with daikon, and crispy shrimp in a sesame-lemon aioli. Among the mains: squid fillet, turkey steak with a zucchini fritter and cream cheese, steamed white fish with vegetables and cream sauce, salmon and meatball bowls, plus a build-your-own bowl. For dessert, try the mango-sauce cheesecake or a cherry pie with sour cream and cherry preserves. Breakfast is served all day: a wide choice of porridges, pancakes, curd pancakes, ricotta pancakes with sour cream and cherry preserves, and Krasnaya Polyana, Eastern and green-karma breakfasts. Drinks include house-made fruit drinks with rosehip, thyme and honey, raspberry and lime, or sea buckthorn and passion fruit.
