Yabloki Pechem

A culinary spot right in the heart of Krasnaya Polyana. The restaurant sits among mountain peaks, which you can take in from a cozy terrace.

The restaurant also has its own bakery, where original yeast-free bread is baked on a house sourdough starter, alongside desserts.

A small café once stood here, a place to stop after a sauna session, until 2018, when the complex's owner, Gera Mitrosh, turned it into a full restaurant. The menu features contemporary country cooking: for breakfast, a country-style poke bowl, apple pancakes on a starter dough, rice porridge in a pot; for mains, duck fillet, a chopped cutlet with mashed potatoes, and lamb with a spiced sauce.

The interior follows a country-house style: clay walls with no sharp corners, hand-painted frescoes, a fireplace.
