BURO. TSUM has a new cocktail collection where the art of the bar meets high fashion. The author is brand bartender Ruslan Mingazov, drawing inspiration from the imagery of iconic French Houses. He designed the drinks so each one is not just a combination of flavors, but a complete image with its own color, texture, and presentation. In them you can catch the boldness of runway shows, the elegance of iconic models, and the light irony of glossy magazines.

The lineup includes "Paparazzi" — a cocktail combining gin with fig aroma, green apple sorbet, and sparkling wine. "La Muse" is dedicated to the women who've inspired artists and designers, its character shaped by Campari and pomegranate liqueur. "Headline" is built on raspberry-infused vodka, with a herbal note of celery and cucumber freshness. "Trendsetter" combines grapefruit bitterness with smoky mescal accents, creating an unexpected, complex impression.

Some cocktails reference French culture directly. "Ber Noisette" and "Smoky Frenchman" deliver a flavor carrying a respect for tradition. "Papier & Soie" is inspired by the textures of fabric and paper, "Glitz & Gloss" conveys shine and sparkle, and "Urban Banana" is dedicated to street fashion. In "Elixir Martini," lime, coconut, and olive vermouth meet, creating an effect of light magic, as if hinting that high fashion is impossible without it.
