Buro.TSUM is a place where food and fashion are inseparable. This fine-dining restaurant, opened jointly by Dina Khabirova and Vitaly Shimansky, sits on the 5th floor of TSUM.
The interior was created by Natalia Belonogova's studio, inspired by the atmosphere of a French café and rounded out with Art Deco elements.
Guests, mostly from high society, value the original cuisine of brand chef Vladimir Chistyakov and chef Evgeny Makarov, love the summer terrace with its panoramic view of the Bolshoi Theatre, and know they'll definitely run into someone they know. If society conversations once took place in salons, today that salon is Buro.TSUM.
