A project by Arkady Novikov, the younger sibling of the BRO&N restaurant at Patriarch's Ponds — BRO&N in Kamergersky Lane.
The concept and menu are identical: pizza, pasta, burgers and grilled dishes.
There are 3 spacious rooms here, large wooden tables and bright chairs, an open kitchen with a rotating oven and a josper grill — a machine that turns out the juiciest meat. Brand chef: the renowned Mirko Zago, the first Italian to cook in the Kremlin. Design: Evgenia Uzhegova.
