Sartoria Lamberti is a dance between high fashion and William Lamberti's high cuisine. "Sartoria" translates from Italian as "tailor's atelier," which shares the space with the restaurant. The cuisine is predominantly Italian, given the chef's original interpretation.
Columns shaped like giant thimbles, forks and knives with needle-eye handles, a cabinet of paper patterns, and mannequins dressed in clothing.
The interior was carefully designed by Yuna Megre and the studio MEGRE INTERIORS. The space has been recognized with the national restaurant award "Palme d'Or."
