A joint project by restaurateur Boris Zarkov, Vladimir Mukhin and Mikhail Druyan under the White Rabbit Family umbrella — a gastrobistro on Bolshaya Dmitrovka where the alliance's culinary ideas become approachable for an everyday visit. Chef — Daniil Suslov.
The space on Bolshaya Dmitrovka greets guests with a huge mural by artist Dmitry Aske — it covers an entire wall and sets the tone right away: attention to detail is taken seriously here, but without excess formality. The interior was created by the Form architecture bureau — Olga Treyvas and Vera Odyn built an environment that's equally comfortable for a quick lunch or an unhurried dinner after the theater.
Our guide's team considers this a worthy take on the city café format, a pleasant spot to stop by for lunch any time.
The menu is built around the idea of interesting everyday food — no dress code, but with real attention to ingredients and flavor. Chef Daniil Suslov leads the kitchen. Five Moscow theaters are nearby, making it a fitting stop before a show, after one, or simply for a comfortable lunch in the city center.
Our undercover guests rated it 7 out of 10 for dinner — for straightforward, unpretentious cooking and an atmosphere that doesn't press but still holds its level. Breakfast received the same score, 7 out of 10, for its consistency and convenience as a morning stop right in the city center.
