KM20

A culinary project by Olga Karput on the third floor of Russia's concept store, combining two formats: a restaurant and a wine bar. Inside there's plenty of room — the main room seats about a hundred guests, and in warm weather a terrace opens with excellent views of Stoleshnikov Lane, Tverskaya Square, Bolshaya Dmitrovka and the bell tower of the Church of Sts. Cosmas and Damian. The interior is clean, in natural tones. Plenty of greenery rounds out the picture.

The menu focuses on clean, fresh ingredients from local farmers and small producers. There's a wide selection of vegetable, fish and seafood dishes: grilled squid with farm zucchini, black cod with broccolini, green pea hummus, cauliflower with morels. Some of the seasonal vegetables, incidentally, are grown by the KM20 team on their own farm near Moscow, in the village of Kuznechkovo.

Special attention goes to the wine list, with a focus on labels from the best wine estates. The wines featured at KM20 are served at the world's best bars, made by true professionals who care for the land, tend every vine, and genuinely love wine.
