Ayu restaurant menu and prices

The Japanese cuisine follows the omakase format: the chef designs the meal for each guest. There are no individual dishes to choose from; the set changes with the seasons and ingredients at their peak. Dinner begins with light vegetable courses and soba, followed by seafood and fish.
