Cobalt Coffee's kitchen is built around breakfast — hearty and sweet. The menu includes ricotta syrniki with sour cream, granola with cherry confiture, and green buckwheat with a poached egg. There are eggs Benedict and brioche — with shrimp or with stracciatella. As for drinks, there's a matcha latte and a cappuccino.
