EVA Prime Park is a modern Greek restaurant by Lucky Group in a residential quarter on Leningradsky Prospekt, with a menu by brand chef Bakhtiyar Shamsiev and an intimate bar on the second floor.
EVA Prime Park continues Lucky Group's Moscow line but doesn't copy the mood of the older addresses. Evgenia Uzhegova, the author of the brand's interiors in the city, builds a softer, more northern image here: instead of a postcard straight from the Aegean Sea, there's bleached wood, calm checked fabrics, warm stone tones and a lot of texture. On the first level, guests see the kitchen, a tall bar volume and a wood-fired oven decorated with vintage tiles; because of this, the hall looks not formal but lived-in.
In the opinion of our restaurant guide's team, there's no such thing as too many good restaurants, and this EVA looks like the most beautiful one in the city.
The gastronomic side is led by EVA's brand chef Bakhtiyar Shamsiev. At its core is modern Greek cuisine, which the project has long associated with generous shared starters, thick sauces, vegetables, fish, meat and the aroma of charcoal. At Prime Park, the team keeps the brand's recognizable mezze, dips and hot dishes from the oven and grill, and plans to add special items further on to match the rhythm of the neighborhood and the habits of local guests. This isn't a separate experiment but another home for the project with a character of its own.
The drinks develop the same Mediterranean theme. The bar makes cocktails on gins, vermouths and sherries, adding herbs, spices and citrus freshness, without turning the menu into a set of summer clichés. Head sommelier Egor Orlov is in charge of the wine: the selection combines bottles from Greece, Russian producers and rare European labels. Upstairs there's a small bar with a wine collection — an intimate zone for meetings, where conversation, a glass and quieter seating matter more.
The restaurant has 137 seats, and the space isn't limited to one big hall. A large Ficus benghalensis in a huge pot supports the theme of childhood memories that EVA uses as part of its aesthetic, not as a decorative device. Nearby are a painting by Alyona Rakova called “Childhood,” a work by Alisa Zalevskaya, La Palme ceramics and natural textiles. The second floor and a transformable lounge suit private dinners and closed events, so the restaurant easily changes scenario: a family lunch fits here during the day, and in the evening it becomes a Greek dinner with wine and a separate table for a group.
