She Belaya Ploshchad is the second wellbeing bistro by Boris Zarkov (White Rabbit Family) and Ksenia Sobchak. The first location on Bolshaya Nikitskaya won guests over so thoroughly that a second opening felt inevitable. The differences are minor, save for the pizza. At the original She it's baked in a Neapolitan wood-fired oven, while here a Roman-style pizza comes out of an electric oven.

Details follow the principles of conscious consumption — the staff uniforms (and more) are made partly from recycled plastic, for instance.

The interior is once again by Natalia Belonogova: a mix of concrete, glass and wood, with panoramic windows looking out onto the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker.

The chef here is Yuri Panachev (Mushrooms). A breakfast menu runs daily from 8am, and all the hits are there: from a Buddha bowl with avocado and falafel to spicy tuna sandwiches, an omelet with eel and avocado, and a mango cheesecake. Breakfast also comes with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. If you like, you can settle on the spacious terrace, which seats 85.
