Kofemania Arcus

The chain's 35th restaurant, in the Arcus business center on Leningradsky Prospekt.

The interior is by Studio APAA and its lead designer, Alexey Penyuk, the same person behind the Duo and Recolte projects in Saint Petersburg.

Natural, soft minimalism with a Nordic character remains a timeless choice. The room is quite bright thanks to skylights letting sunshine in, along with Viabizzuno architectural lighting.

At the center are a fireplace and a raw-cotton wall panel, creating the feel of a country residence you'll want to return to. The menu features international dishes: a Peking sandwich, beef tartare, carbonara, and even cabbage rolls. Breakfast stays consistent with the chain's other locations — vanilla cheesecakes, avocado omelet, toast with red caviar, stracciatella with wild strawberry.
