The cuisine is Italian, built around pizza and homemade pasta. They make bruschettas, carpaccio and warm salads. A separate section of the menu is a mozzarella bar with burrata and truffle. Pasta comes in many forms: from carbonara to pappardelle with porcini. Pizza is baked Neapolitan-style — with prosciutto crudo, four cheeses and diavola. At Mozza they make a Tuscan soup with farro lentils and veal. Our restaurant guide recommends trying the Tagliatelle Alfredo in a cheese wheel with truffle and the Diavola with pepperoni and coppa.
